All tickets purchased via the McDonald Theatre Ticketing cart are Will Call ONLY.  Tickets purchased will not be mailed but can be picked up day of show at the McDonald Theatre Box Office by the purchaser only with photo identification.

If you prefer to have tickets mailed, please visit TicketsWest.

After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction.

Only the purchaser name, the name on the credit card used, will be initially authorized to pick up the will call tickets. If you want someone else to pick up your tickets, please submit a Will Call Name Change request.

Will Call Name Change Procedures:
To change the name under which tickets are being held, please follow these simple steps:

1. Requests must be submitted AT LEAST TWO BUSINESS DAYS prior to day of event.
2. Please note that the name change form is for name change requests ONLY for McDonald Theatre will call ticketing. If you purchased tickets through TicketsWest, please call them at (800) 992-8099.
3. Click to submit a name change request via our Name Change Request Form.

 And in order to avoid confusion at the McDonald Theatre Box Office, we ask that each name change request be applied to the entire purchase. For example, if you purchased five tickets to a concert or event, then the name change request will be applied to the entire five tickets.

The online form is the only way to submit a will call name change request.  Please don’t email or call for a will call name change request.

Please note that if you don’t receive an email confirmation, something went wrong, and the request will not be applied.

Please note that the McDonald Theatre Privacy Policy mandates that all information gathered on the McDonald Theatre Will Call Ticketing Cart shall be used solely for the purpose of event ticketing and item transactions. The McDonald Theatre will never provide data collected to any outside entity for any reason whatsoever.  No personal data, such as credit card numbers, will be retained anywhere after any transaction.  The online cart provides an encrypted information stream to assure maximum safety and privacy.
