The following form allows for purchasers of McDonald Theatre Will Call Tickets to submit a name change request so that someone other than the purchaser can pick up the will call tickets day of show at the McDonald Theatre Box Office.

Please note that this request form is ONLY for tickets purchased on the McDonald Theatre Will Call Ticketing Cart. If you purchased will call tickets at TicketsWest, or through another ticketing agency, you will need to contact that agency to request any changes to your ticketing order.

And in order to avoid confusion at the McDonald Theatre Box Office, we ask that each name change request be applied to the entire purchase. For example, if you purchased five tickets to a concert or event, then the name change request will be applied to the entire five tickets.
