The McDonald Theatre supports an extremely efficient and experienced staff responsible for hospitality, backstage and stage production, security, box office ticketing, sound and lights, and technical support. As soon as the doors open, The McDonald Theatre is ready to roll, with the entire venue crafted to provide the best experience for patrons and performers alike. The main theatre downstairs will be ready for a sit-down event, featuring comfortable seating with superb sight lines, or a dance-hall event, with both comfortable seating and a dance floor. The upstairs balcony features comfortable seats with excellent sightlines and sound. The new as-yet-unnamed bar will be open and ready for business, serving local craft-brewed beers and cocktails with real-time stage and sound broadcasted via television monitors and the bar sound system. The bar is closed for some events. Security will allow re-entrance for most events. Performers can also set up a retail and/or information section to either sell CDs and T-shirts or provide informtion about their band or organization.
